Shipping fees and tax will be calculated at check out. You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase and an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Tipsy Turquoise Co is not responsible for any damage done or loss throughout the shipping process. Please contact your local carrier for postal issues.
Jewelry that is not to your satisfaction has to be returned in 7 days after it has been received. Returns must be unworn or in the same condition it was received. Tipsy Turquoise Co is not responsible for shipping or any other fees. Please make sure your return is in a protected package.
All sale items can not be refunded or exchanged.
Exchange and refunds are acceptable under certain circumstances.
